Vern Cushenbery, CFA, CPA
Mr. Cushenbery holds a MBA and a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of
Missouri at Kansas City, as well as a BS in Finance from Kansas State University.
As a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant Vern focuses on
in-depth fundamental stock analysis. Mr. Cushenbery has 9 years of experience in
investment analysis and research.
Most recently Vern worked with equity portfolios for Kornitzer Capital Management
and the Buffalo Funds. Prior to the Buffalo Funds, Vern worked as a research analyst
for DeMarche & Associates, a national investment and financial consulting firm
specializing in defined benefit consulting. Vern worked with the investment committee
to profile and select managers for placement with clients including several Fortune
100 companies. Vern 's primary focus is on equity portfolio management at Legacy.
